Niclas Fasth conquers VIII Madeira Island Open in Santo da Serra.
Niclas Fasth led the competition from start to finish to become the Swedish quarter to win the Madeira Island Open in eight editions of the biggest sporting event on Madeira Island.
Fasth won the title with 66, 72, 68 and 73 strokes, two fewer than a trio of Englishman Mark Davis, Scot Ross Drummond and his fellow countryman Richard S. Johnson.
